Couple Hamam arranges private hamam and spa rituals for couples in Türkiye: historic hamams in Istanbul’s Old City and private hammam suites in a five-star hotel. Fixed prices in writing, no deposit, and one concierge from your first message to your arrival.

Our mission

Time for the two of you, without the guesswork.

We exist to give couples a calm, private hamam ritual in Türkiye: chosen with care, priced in writing before you go, and looked after from the first message to the moment you arrive. You tell us the day; we arrange the place, the time and the details.

How it works

Request, confirm, relax.

  1. Choose. Book the Old City rituals online in a minute, or send a request for the Luxury Collection or another destination.
  2. We confirm. Old City bookings are confirmed straight away; Luxury Collection requests within 2 hours, 10:00–23:00 Istanbul time; other destinations by email within 24 hours.
  3. Arrive and relax. The exact venue and address come with your confirmation. You pay at the venue, by card or cash.

What we arrange.

  • Istanbul Old City rituals, for two: Traditional Together, 60 minutes, €98; Romance VIP Ritual, 90 minutes, €150; Sultan’s Luxury, 120 minutes, €198. Booked online at couplehamamistanbul.com, paid at the hamam.
  • Luxury Collection, a five-star hotel in Taksim, for two: VIP Private Suite, 120 minutes, €450; Turkish Hamam Ritual, 100 minutes, €330; Silver Ritual, 90 minutes, €260.
  • Celebration & VIP transfer: fresh flowers, a celebration cake with your note and VIP minibus pickup and return in Istanbul, +€150 for two.
  • Beyond Istanbul: Bodrum, Cappadocia and Antalya are opening soon; Fethiye, Marmaris, Alaçatı, Ankara and Safranbolu on request.

What we guarantee.

  • Private for two. Every ritual is reserved for the two of you.
  • The price in writing. Fixed prices shown before you book; nothing is added without your yes.
  • No deposit, no card online. You pay at the venue.
  • Hand-picked places. We work only with historic hamams and five-star hotel hammams we have chosen ourselves.
  • One concierge. The same team plans your ritual, answers on WhatsApp 10:00–23:00 Istanbul time and follows up afterwards.
  • We make it right. If anything falls short of what we promised, tell us and we resolve it with you directly.

  • Your time is yours: the ritual you booked, for the full time it lists.
  • Comfort provided: peştemal, towels and slippers are ready for you.
  • A female therapist whenever you ask for one.
  • The confirmed price, with nothing added at the desk.

Our privacy promise

Your details stay with us.

Venues receive only what they need to welcome you: your first name, the number of guests, the ritual, the day and time and any pickup details. Never your phone number or email. We never ask for card details, we do not send marketing, and we do not sell your details.

Who we are

The company behind Couple Hamam.

Couple Hamam is an Empire Concierge brand, operated by Empire Concierge LLC. Our Istanbul booking office, Couple Hamam Istanbul (couplehamamistanbul.com), is also run by Empire Concierge. There is no Couple Hamam office to visit: we arrange your ritual at the venue and send every detail in writing.
